MOIN is a community-run memecoin on the Solana blockchain that launched on pump.fun and is now operated as a community takeover (CTO). pump.fun shares part of MOIN's trading fees with holders as SOL payouts ("drops") several times a day. The community built the MOIN vault, an on-chain Solana program that lets holders redirect those payouts to the moin dao while keeping their MOIN in a redirect account that only their own wallet can withdraw from. The dao runs on SPL Governance (Realms): holders vote on proposals, and the treasury only pays out what a passed proposal specifies.
